Re: Football Zone
Leeds were obviously worried Liverpool were going to overtake them and take the coveted "most hated team in football" title away from them.
So they came out swinging.

Liverpool FC need to return to the good old days when the players were born and bred locally. Dalglish, Keegan, McDermott, Kennedy, Lawrenson, Hansen, Grobelaar, Toshack, Molby ........ or were they just the Chelsea of the 70's buying the best talent available in the market?

The Serbian FA have accused Chris Kirkland of inciting the trouble.

You may have a point in the 2nd one though, but the club is good enough to make it without him, he should give them that extra assurance though.

8 games played, 24 goals conceded. Do you still believe this?

Re: Football Zone
lol, Corunha 4 Barça 5. This game exposed Barça's very very poor back. Auto goal from Jordi Alba, red card for Masherano and Valdez doing his thing. But they have Messi, so they can have whoever they want in the back.

Today was a great day for my teams. Valencia beat Athletic Club. Lazio beat Milan. Two out of four wins ain't bad.

Re: Football Zone
Southampton should try a 4-2-3-1 formation with the 2 being 2 defensive midfielders to shield that joke of a back 4.

Re: Football Zone
And barely no one talks about another piece of art by the Alien himself. How can someone put in question that Leo Messi is not the best player of this planet, and all the planets there is, in this universe.
Also, this was one of the best wins I ever felt. Being so robbed as we did, and still manage to win, it's unbelieveble. The referee clearly has orders to avoid this result, but Messi and his teammates are so much better than everyone else, that they don't know what to do more. Just SUCKIT HATERS!

Re: Football Zone
Totters 2-4 Mata
I hope the Spanish clowns never pick our Juan for international duty. This is what happens when you're the only one fresh as a daisy on a field of drained jet-lagged athletes.
It really is impossible not to feel for AVB and Spuds - sacked the former, stole Champions League spot from the latter. Both must have so badly wanted to kick our asses today. Ironic that the man AVB signed for us last year played his best game so far this season. Really genuinely hope him and Spuds do well from now on.

Re: Football Zone
Looks like City will set a record for most winners scored in the last 10 minutes. That's three already this season plus late equalizers against Dortmund and Liverpool.

Hahaha, well said not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Barca fan whining about robbery is too much when them and RM rob La Liga to the point the other 18 sides are just sideshows. La Liga organisation are a joke might as well just play best of 39 Barca and RM matches.
Freiburg have started well in the Bundesliga and this weekend an excellent 2-0 win over Wolfsburg. Any time Wolfsburg lose is great especially with that prick Felix Magath who think it's still the 1970s training the players like steeplechasers. Sure they'll be fit but pretty much everyone dislikes this guy and he must have videos of the Wolfsburg's top management having goat sex explains why he is still there.

Well, if we get attacked by other fans whenever we are given a suspicious penalty or a player from the opposite team gets a red card, then why wouldn't we say something when we get robbed? I didn't watch the game, but I saw the highlights and it shouldn't have been a penalty as it was outside of the box, and it shouldn't have been a red card, Mascherano did nothing with his hand, the guy basically hit Mascherano's elbow with his head.
Still, good to see that we manage to win when we're robbed as well, it will shut the haters up. As a matter a fact, it actually did already. Samanosucker aka the hypocrite of MTF not saying anything after this was NID anyway.
