When did he get this injury, in training, cause I don't think he had it before, he had maybe a knee issue recently?

From some Japanese media, he has got injured since Tokyo but he could be a champion.
And then he played in Shaghai but painful was getting worse against Querrey match, so he lost.
I don't know about his knee. |
