Re: Week 42 : Rio De Janeiro (Entry List)
I think a brazilian will win this one. Feijăo or Mello are 2 bif favourites. Amongst the foreigners, RRH and Joăo Sousa have a chance too. Pedro Sousa can cause the 1st round upset. Gil as 8th seed will lose for sure, but that's not an upset this days...

Re: Week 42 : Rio De Janeiro (Entry List)
Maybe i'll eat my words but I think Pella has a pretty good shot at the title. P. Sousa getting the win in their 1R match isn't out of question but don't see it happening to be honest. Cabal is a dangerous potential qualifier if he gets in and may do some damage here.

Re: Week 42 : Rio De Janeiro (Entry List)
Ruben is playing horribly with his backhand and serving poorly. Not a good performance thus far.

Who does everyone fancy for the title?
I think I'll go with Ungur.

I'll say Ungur vs Souza final with Souza winning.

Really tough hold for Ruben. Needs to start returning better.

I think Ungur's draw up until the semis is pretty light. Semi-finals could be complicated, but you'd imagine he could conserve more energy up until that point than Feijăo. The Brazilian's in top form, though so that could be a key equaliser.

Re: Week 42 : Rio De Janeiro (Entry List)
Better serving from Ruben in set two and more aggression. Keep that up and he'll take set three.

Re: Week 42 : Rio De Janeiro (Entry List)
What's the deal with Clezar? He's had a tough time of it in clay recently but on hard-courts he seems to be good.
Kirche is tough, no question, but one would hope Clezar could win. Obviously not going according to plan so far.

Re: Week 42 : Rio De Janeiro (Entry List)
I think Ungur could lose in the QF to Elias. I see him beating the other potential opponents but Elias when on is tough. Ungur should make the finals for sure but he's unreliable. If he plays a Brazilian in the final, I expect him to choke.
