You mean if a commitment player doesn't ask for one, but they already have, Muller is in, the other 3 WC's are full so Novak can't be in here, besides he would only play Basel anyway and there is 1 WC still open at that tourney.

The 4th WC can only be given to commitment players. If no commitment player asks for it the spot goes to the next player in ALT list. In this case it can be Müller. Correct.
