Dominic Thiem
Austria´s 16 years old Dominic Thiem has won his first match as a professional tennis player. He recieved a WC in Kitzbühel and beat Alexandre Sidorenko 3:6 7:6 6:4
He never played a Future match but will recieve 8 points for winning the first round. His next opponent is Victor Crivoi.
In Wimbledon and Roland Garros he practiced with Roger Federer and in Paris with Rafael Nadal.

He kinda impressed me in Kitzbuhel this year, even though he lost to Klizan 1-6 6-3 5-7. He has very solid serve and nice one-handed BH.

Oh, I see he was a top junior player, so it makes more sense now, GL to him in the Martin match then, decent chance for a win.

1) move this to player's forum please
2) how will he do this year? from the 1993-generation he finished as #3 or #4 last year. last week he played qualies for challenger in heilbronn but lost in R1 vs. Mertl 3,4 :/ tough start hm? let's see how he will do the next weeks...
