Re: 2012 Live Commentary
What a switch of momentum. Almagro was almost untouchable (on serve) in the 2nd set (didn't see the first)

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Almagro's totally gone now... I certainly wasn't expecting this, should have been the fittest of the two in the third set.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
No one at the Kei match, not even to jeer a japanese player.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
If Nishi loses this set he should tank the 3rd. Not worth risking another injury over 35 ranking points.

Do you have a major dislike for Kei or something.

Nope, just generally injury prone and considering the number of hours he played last week.

I really don't see how my comment can be interpreted this way.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
If Isner or Anderson had any sense, they would stop blasting the ball at each other. They both are loving the pace so ONE of them has to realize this and start soft-balling or slicing. But whatever.
But I guess they are both thinking: "He's so tall that if I hit as hard as I can to the corner, his big ass won't be able to get it"

He's actually defending 360 points here since he was at the semis the previous year, so he's got a lot on the line to defend.
That being said he did have the trainer out a couple times to rub cream and massage his calf so it's still bothering him. The more he scrambled out there against Wu the more I did feel that it wouldn't be so good for his left leg. I can only hope he'll have a quick match against Querrey because he'll have to face Berdych, and Tsonga if he gets through Berdych. Thankfully the two seeded players in his draw are ones he has winning records against.
