I don't know if a thread like this one exists, I'm only aware of the Funny Videos thread but this is different.
This is a place to post artistic videos of your favorite players with background music and so on, maybe even your own videos. So far, these are two of my favorite videos. The first is a slow-motion beautiful video of the Top 4 with the epic music of Adagio for Strings from the String Quartet, Op. 11.
The second is a tribute to Nole's career with many private images I've never seen before that starts when he was just a little kid until his victory this year in Australia. Check all Jean's videos because she's such an amazing artist.
Enjoy.

Federer to Nole: "Amazing year. Amazing tournament. Amazing match. You are THE BEST!"
the first video is absolutely stunning. I love classical music and this is a perfect choice.
It is. Classical music goes so well with tennis. I could watch an entire match with that music in the background. It's poetry in motion, it makes you focus on the movement and nothing else.

I record lots of tennis matches (whatever TSN decides to broadcast in Canada)... then I play some awesome classical music in the background and turn off my TV sound completely. Pure poetry :-), no silly commentators, just tennis and music, love it.
Bump... why aren't there any more epic videos in here.

Nadal may have won 7 RG, he may win another 5 more but Guga will always be the champ Paris deserved. I bet Parisians do love Guga more than Rafa. (although I never understood why Paris didn't embrace Nadal as much as they do)
Just look at these vids. First the impulsive thing he did after he won RG for a 3rd time.
Retirement speech. Did you know Guga's dad died in an accident when Guga was just 8? Larri Passos took him under his wings and convinced the Kuerten family that Gustavo could make a living out of tennis. He became his coach, friend and his second father. Skip to 1.30 and see a beautiful scene. Guga giving his love to Larri and Larri pounding his heart. There are subtitles in this vid.
and last but not least, the Guga tribute in 2010 when he played an exho in Rio de Janeiro against Agassi.
That smile, those emotions.First couple of minutes... Obrigado Guga!

Even though you probably post it to make fun of him, your hero Rafa knew better and consoled the player he respects so much.
Thanks for posting.

Me too. That must be one of Fed's most epic and authentic moments.

By the way, why is this off topic and not general (funny vids is?) and this thread deserves way more posts...

And here's another one. One of the most rememberable moments of Roger's (and Rafa's, of course!) career. I loved it!!!
Rafa showed so much friendliness, understanding and consolation for his heralded opponent there, just perfect, and I will love him for ever for his heartfelt hug with Roger, showning that he - understood.
It's just too sad that quite a lot of IDIOTS claimed all of this kind of idiocy that 'Roger stole Rafa's big moment' and bullshit like that. I still cringe at the comments at that, the complete misunderstandings.
If anything at all, it was rather the opposite - Rafa, unwilfully so, got his chance to show his ... "well, a chance for Rafa to show his quality!" - and yes he bloody took it there, right on the spot. And rightfully so, showed his greatness as a GS champion by showing his commisseries for his defeated opponent. Like true Knights of Honour do!
An embarrassing yet wonderful scene. Kudos to them both!
