Klizan should maybe ask here for a WC, if he woulnd´t succeed in Tokyo or Shanghai. By car, Vienna is under and hour from Bratislava and with Del Potro´s possible withdrawal he would be 3rd seeded provisionally.

Yes, depending on his results in Shanghai but Tipsarevic has entered here, he could have the chance of widening his gap on 9th place with a good tournament IF he is still #9 come end of Shanghai.
