I probably shouldn't reply to this. But in any case, if ATP 250/500 events were non-countable, Ferrer would still be ranked where he is now. And no, his ranking doesn't give him any advantage over the other members of the top 8.

It has been pointed out again and again. Lenders says his claims are backed up by facts, but the only thing the facts prove is that Lenders lacks basic math skills, or is a moron, or -- more likely -- just a garden-variety hater with nothing relevant to say.
Ferrer is 1000 points ahead of Berdych in the rankings. If you subtract Bastad and Kuala Lumpur (which are non-countable anyways), he's still ahead. If you subtract countable Buenos Aires, he's still ahead.
without Bastad and Buenos Aires, he'd still be ahead of Del Po in the YTD race, too.

Will be interesting to see if it's within the realm of this universe to reach top 10 without any haters. It would be the greatest achievement of all time.

Far from a fan and never will be, there are so many other more loathsome characters than Nishikori on tour.
He probably calls for the trainer when he is warming up.

kei could magically transform into a US citizen.
he can look good with a fake smile, then use meth, abuse the umpires and write a book about his drug use later on.
just kidding, mods.

What's there to hate? A charismatic young player with excellent ball striking skills and potential to easily be a permanent member of top 10 and even challenge for grand slams in a couple of years. I say the young samurai is quite underrated on this forum and flying under the radar. While the forum drools over Dimugtrov, Young and Sock, Kei is slowly upping his game to become one of the best players of his generation. The kid is good, there is no denying it.

Re: Is Nishikori the highest ranked player with no haters on MTF?!!
I like Kei, but he's gonna have haters eventually. With that said, the only other guy ranked ahead of him who doesn't really have much haters is Tsonga, and even then he gets called Clownga a lot.

Oh, he's not Mugshichokeshi today?
Topspindoctor poasted something not entirely negative - what is the world coming to?
Oh, I hate Nishimugshi, btw. What a mug.

Nole Rules, I'm afraid your answer is no
I remember Kei taking a toilet break when Tsonga was hammering him in the first set at AO. But you can't loathe him for that. Who knows? He probably needed to take a shit

Re: Is Nishikori the highest ranked player with no haters on MTF?!!
I'm not a "hater" and I dislike the way many people on here talk about players they don't like, but I'm far from a Nishikori fan. He's not very exciting to watch and while is game is efficient, I have doubts about how far it can take him. He just seems to a bit predictable and he lacks that "spark" needed to be a top player.
