Re: Shanghai Draw - in post #1
This No1e/No2e BS is easily the most absurd/dull MTF 'fad' I've seen, and that's saying a lot considering this is MTF

Exactly, just stick to No1e from now on. He's clearly better than Olderer

Olderer won their last 2 matches.

Nole won Rome and RG. Got further in 3 out of the 4 slams, is way ahead in the race.
Only reason Fed is ahead is because he crushed an ill and injured field indoors last year, doesn't say much about the quality of the player.

Given this is hardcourt and indoors, advantage is Federer's.

Considering that No2e is 5 years younger than him, you don't see it as significant? I sure do. He's had an excellent year.

Re: Shanghai Draw - in post #1
This tournament is a bit muggy when considering all time historical significance, but it will go a good way towards who will be #1 this year. Can Fed put himself at ease mentally after the death threat and rebound and win and increase his chances to finish #1?
Cause YE #1 is Nole's to lose at this point.

Oh, it's not? I stand corrected then. Besides, No2e hasn't won on hard in over a year.

He won Canada, Miami and AO this year.
Interesting, these are his only titles in over one year.
