Tennis won, thank God.
Shotmaking should prevail over grinding on a fast hard-court.

Both Richie and Juan lose in the second round after winning last week.

Hehe, Bags pushed more than Juan did in this match.

Re: Tokyo R2 : Baghdatis def. Monaco 7-5 1-6 6-3
Good for the game.
Baghdatis is a talented, charismatic shotmaker who should have won AO 2006 if he didn't choke. Mugnaco is a horrendous grinding clown with no game and a worse disgrace to top 10 than Fish and Isner combined.

Re: Tokyo R2 : Baghdatis def. Monaco 7-5 1-6 6-3
usual walkabout set from baghdatis due to disinterest/lack of fitness, but picked it up again in the 3rd for the win
the more talented player won, there's no doubt about that
it's also a positive that the disgusting and systematic abuse of the ATP ranking system was stopped dead in its tracks.
finally, its good to see that the deliberate ATP destruction and slowing of the courts has not yet extended to all tournaments
in short, a superb victory for tennis, and a milestone in the history of humanity
