Stan was ahead a mini-break in the 2nd tie break and it appears he tried to choke the 3rd set as well as he had to face 2 BPs while Chardy didn't face any after the 1st other than the BP that costed him the match. they were either returning bad or serving very well given the 1st % winning points.

From the stats it looks like Wawrinka served well. Not very high percentage but at least 90% of 1st serves won in every set. 100% in the third.
