Re: Do women think about sex more than men?
Men think about sex more, but both sexes are equally obsessive when they're in lust with somebody.

Re: Do women think about sex more than men?
on my age and in my country women/girls think a heck of a lot more about sex than us ...
if you think that when someone says "she's doable" i instantaneously am thinking how i'm f**king her this is WRONG ! and that 9 seconds is a bullshit when i was 13/14 maybe in 1 minute or so yea but now probably 3-4 minutes between moments of sexual thinking
guys either you're horny as fuck (cause of having nothing to do) or you really have nothing to do ... cause i can't imagine how can i be thinking of sex when i'm practicing or doing something important ...

This isn't the first time this has happened, and we ended up discussing which gender thinks about sex more. I dunno if it was this particular girl, but she said that "It's probably true that we think about sex more than guys."
Now I am wondering what the masses of MTF's opinion about it is. I personally think that women on average think about sex more than men do. Taking things I say with a grain of sexual innuendo salt, for example.

I think you're just interpreting those real life situation to mean the opposite of what they really mean.
The situations you described do not suggest that women think about sex more than men, but that they have been taught that MEN think about sex all the time.
So yes, they are afraid when they're walking in the streets by themselves, because they've been taught to be careful of rapists (also they have often been taught that it's more or less their fault if they get ***** but that's another matter).
They will also be suspicious when you talk to them, especially if they don't know you and you just come up to them and start chatting them up. When they see "sexual innuendos" everywhere, it doesn't mean that THEY are thinking about sex, but that they believe that YOU are.
And to be honest, everytime I tried to think "let's be nice to this guy and assume that he just wants to chat and nothing more", it turned out that I was wrong, and more often than not, the very same guys who protest that they aren't looking for sex if you get suspsicious will also be those who get mad at you for "leading them on" if you do chat innocently with them and then refuse to go any further (and then, good luck to get rid of them).
So really, the answer is simple, as Habibko said:

And the reason why you notice the behaviours you're talking about is simple too: men and women alike are taught that it's natural for men to be horny while it's not really acceptable for women to show sexual desire.
Thus, women will be likely to interpret a man's behaviour as horny, and this will be reinforced by the fact that in everyday life men are really encouraged to show their desire more than women (thus what you see in real life seems to confirm the stereotype).

Re: Do women think about sex more than men?
Probably Yes, they do think about it more than Us. But when we express our Feelings they run away as if we are going to Molest them or something..
Put a Guy who would say say Sweet Nothings to them but finally has the same intention that we have, women would be fine with it.

Re: Do women think about sex more than men?
I'm quite sure the answer is no. If my memory is correct from all these random classes I've taken on such subjects in the past, naturally the way a man's and woman's brains are wired causes men to think about sex perhaps more often than women.
However, that certainly doesn't mean you won't come across guys who barely think about sex or girls that talk about sex like its the weather, as I have several friends that fit both categories.
Of course, one could easily do a simple test by going out to some club (alcohol may skew the results a bit here ) and just asking every girl if they want to have sex. Success rate would probably be pretty low, and you would probably get some red cheeks along the way. But turn it around with the girl asking every guy if they want to have sex, I'd bet anything that the success rate would be totally much higher. Of course, this doesn't necessarily mean girls think about sex less as obviously in such situations, girls perhaps are looking forward to a relationship rather than the sex itself, but you get the point.

We are a species that prides on reproduction. It's natural that we all think and feel this way.

Re: Do women think about sex more than men?
I suppose it might have to do with where one lives, in some places men are having more sex, so they are thinking about it less, in the places where they are having less sex they are thinking and talking about it more.
