Some changements by FFT about OG. They would like to send Bennet as a double player to team up with Richard. It seems it's possible so evertything looks OK for Bennet and the OG And don't forget that Bennet is still the fifth player so if Monfils is out in single he can enter in single. more news later i hope about that option but Bennet can still dream about OG as FFT looks more open

He wins vs Russell but he didn't play very well tbh but show good work and motivation and at the end it was better quality tennis by Julien. It was tough win while on paper it was looking easy. He was surely tensed because he will have now the honor to play against Roger. Maybe on CC ? It will be fun even if it will tough but big matches on big courts are why they play tennis

Courteau his coach, Bianchi his physio but also Mauresmo, Parmentier was there all match. I saw at differents moments Julien JeanPierre, Forget and Clement so he has a lot of people to cheer for him.

Hi guys, I went to Richard and Julien's doubles matches at the Rogers Cup last night and took a few pics. They didn't turn out anything special but thought I'd share.

He lost his seventh final today It seems he was injured according reports.

Quote:
Benneteau started the match with his right forearm heavily taped, but he got off to the perfect start as he broke the Argentine's first serve.
Monaco broke back in the fourth and ninth games but Benneteau refused to give up and tied the first set 5-5.
The 12th game was a thriller that lasted 20 minutes and saw 12 deuces before Monaco broke Benneteau's serve to take the first set 7-5.
Benneteau, who looked uncomfortable throughout the match, called the trainer for attention to his right leg. But he came out strongly in the second set, breaking Monaco twice to take it 6-4.
However, it was Monaco who had the extra burst of energy in the third as he broke the Frenchman's serve in the sixth game to clinch the set 6-3, and with it the title.
"I was very focused on this game, because I wanted to win this final," said Benneteau, who was also a beaten finalist in Sydney in January.
"The fans were great, there was a lot of French in the crowd. It was a nice atmosphere and the game was a good level.

yes poor boy. He turns 31 in december and still no title

Quote:
KUALA LUMPUR (ATP 250, indoor)

Google translation will help you but it seems he would play again some matches with Gasquet.
