Easiest thing to make chop the chorizos, get the cider to boil once it's boiling simmer it covered for 15 mins, then uncover reduced and then feast.

Any measurements necessary (ie. the cider to chorizo ratio)? Also, what do you normally serve it with?
Can check the various recipes say 500ml and 3 chorizos chopped. Can add paprika or garlic at the end once all the cider is absorbed could serve it on some crusty bread.
