Seville CH F: Gimeno-Traver def. Robredo 6-3 6-2
Gimeno-Traver defended the title from last year and showed why he is the yellow clay king. Didn't lose a set all week and this is the time of the year he peaks. The forehand was getting plenty of bounce, served well and even the backhand was just under average.
Boredo trying the chip and charge too good.

In 2011 DGT didn't drop a set either, this is his event.

Tommy is probably not inspired by events like this, but he needs to proceed with them until he's back where he belongs - the top 20.

IMO Tommy should stop playing Challengers. He can play the same kind of fought matches but with top-100 players.

He plays Tokyo (direct acceptance) in a couple of weeks but I fear he'll need a soft draw to win a round.
