Maybe this should be discussed in the off-season to make it as a standard:
If a day has less than 6 games (for example) for the OOP of the 1st or 2nd round of a TT tournament, the manager has to split the round into a 2-day round until the round has at least 6 games.

I've been up in London all day work related - have only just got back so haven't been around all day.
I don't believe there's a set rule for this and it's up to the individual manager. In this case as you've already said it's a one-day round I wouldn't now change it.

A lot depends on how predictable the matches are. I would say 5 rather than 6 would be an acceptable rule as many challengers have 5 matches on the Monday, and split OOPs make a bit of extra work for the manager.
4 is probably too few in most cases.

I have a question. If a player commits to one tournament, then gets out, then commits to another one, then gets out again, and then wants to get back into the second tournament (as a LE), is that allowed? I'm asking because that's what Mae would like to do in the Szczecin challenger.

I need your help.
I promised supertec to post OOP for Banja Luka CH every evening. But now I've a conference call with a US customer at 7:30pm CEST which could be the time when OOP is published.
OOP should be posted fast, as supertec needs an early deadline and so I could be late as the call will take around 90 minutes.
Could anybody else post tomorrow's OOP? It's day one of a two day QF in singles and doubles. Deadline has to be 8.30am. All picks to supertec.

No, it is not allowed.
From the FAQ thread:
- On Sunday evening after seeing the entry lists, players that aren't among the 28 direct entries can move to another tournament which has free places or decide not to move and play the qualies there ( only 1 change is allowed, still on ranking but late entries - LE's will go to the bottom of the entry list -> Players must withdraw from the tournament they've previously entered before being accepted in the entry list of another tournament as a late entry). |

Yesterday it was out just after the last match was finished. That was at 7.30pm.

Yes, I remembered something like that. I was just asking because committing to the same tournament again doesn't technically constitute a "change". But I guess you're right.
