Good call. U.S. Open 2005. 2nd round I think. That was an absolutely outstanding match.

Another great loss to Federer was Suzuki (I think) at the 2005 A.O.

Federer also beat Santoro in the 2004 US Open, the last two sets there were very tight. Federer nearly botched the third set tie-break.
