Re: USO 2012 (MD inside)
Ugh, I would have liked to see the Bryans trip up.
Granollers/Lopez cruising through the first set against Delgado/Skupski.

Re: USO 2012 (MD inside)
Bryans into the QF 6-7 7-6 6-3
I believe they need to make the final to return to #1.

I've seen many close matches like this won by Bryans, sometimes i wonder what makes them! They always end up as winning team in such matches.

It would be nice to see Harrisons vs Bryans in SF.
Leander, Bob Bryan is out of Mixed Doubles. Now, Mirnyi/Huber has an advantage.

Re: USO 2012 (MD inside)
Benny-Mahut scoreline was surprising, IMO. Dodig/Melo were in good form.
QF
Alexander Peya AUT/Bruno Soares BRA [15] vs. Marcel Granollers ESP/Marc Lopez ESP [6]
Julian Knowle AUT/Filip Polasek SVK vs. Leander Paes IND/Radek Stepanek CZE [5]
Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi PAK/Jean-Julien Rojer NED [9] vs. Christian Harrison USA/Ryan Harrison USA
Julien Benneteau FRA/Nicolas Mahut FRA vs. Bob Bryan USA/Mike Bryan USA [2]
Paes/Steps by far the strongest team in the top half.
Somehow, the bottom half seems a lot more open.

They have always played well in Grandslams, but yet to succeed.

Re: USO 2012 (MD inside)
SF
Marcel Granollers ESP/Marc Lopez ESP [6] vs. Leander Paes IND/Radek Stepanek CZE [5]
Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi PAK/Jean-Julien Rojer NED [9] vs. Bob Bryan USA/Mike Bryan USA [2]
After all that seed exodus we have 4 seeded teams in SFs. Bryans won another close match versus the Frenchies; Paes/Steps vs. Spaniards could be interesting.
Hope for the same finalists like in the AO.

Re: USO 2012 (MD inside)
Qureshi/Rojer swept aside the Harrisons like they were yesterday's news. They have not played too many matches, so they would have a very tough time against the Bryans. Bryans have not been at their best, but should be able to reach the finals.
Nobody has given Paes/Steps any problem, but their draw had cleared up a lot.
My 0.02$ :
Both SF will be straight sets. Paes/Steps beat Bryans in 3 in the final. Bryans wining the second set in a TB.

Re: USO 2012 (MD inside)
Will def be tough match for Leander-Radek. Lopez-Granollers have an good season so far.
Even Bryans will have it tough against Qureshi/Rojer. Will be two tight matches, so will be hard to decide who wins.
Two best teams on the day would reach the Finals.
???

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned...
