That physique is totally detrimental to a professional tennis career. Grand slam tennis is very much an endurance sport and carrying that much muscle mass really isn't helpful at all. Name one great player past or present with that type of body. Even Nadal and Djokovic - who were pretty cut to begin with - dropped weight in recent years to help their games. Also look at most of the hard hitters: Del Potro, Berdych, Cilic, Gulbis, Bellucci etc. and what their physiques are like. Size is not necessary for power unless used to compensate for poor technique.
But hey, if Nando wants to look like an amateur body builder more than he wants to be a top 10 player again, that's his choice. No complaints about his appearance.
