hm, just curious, you are 28 yo and you talk about Borg and JMac ... I'm sure you have never seen any of their matches (well, unless you like you tube). No way you've seen JMac's 84 season either ... can you please not pretend you are that 'smart'? Thank you.

Actually yes it is, and he has to win more than that.

I would consider it a fact, unless you want people to laugh in your face. Anyway, just drop it.
If you do have a case for including nole in the GOAT discussion, make the case. There's no point in asking the same question over and over again.

Most posters here are Federer fans so I do not give a damn what they say about me.

You made an allegation of fact and doing so you put the burden of proof on yourself.

Fine, then state what you think Djokovic might get away with even with less than ten slams. Do you envision nine slams, eleven year-end #1s, ten WTFs, 50 Masters and 200 titles? Or something else?

Have you ever heard of youtube? Videos? Torrents? History books?
Djokovic is sitting on 5 slams right now and about a year at #1. He is getting up there, and with another slam will be in the discussion with Becker/Edberg/Wilander.

What are you discussing here? No he isn't, period. We'll start talking if he approaches 15.

... so still not in the GOAT discussion since none of the 3 players mentioned are in the GOAT discussion.

Re: is djokovic qualified to be n the GOAT discussion
Novak isn't in the discussion yet but in the next few years he will cruise past Nadal and perhaps come close to Federer. Once Federer and Nadal are out of the game Novak and Murray might win everything. Murray will have the edge on grass and Novak will have a big edge on clay. On hard court Novak will have a small edge. Unfortunately, there seems to be no great young players on the horizon.
