So there are a few posters who intend to spam gifs. Now that their intentions are clear, by keeping an eye on them and using the forum disruption rule with discretion, it should be pretty easy to keep the situation under control.

There isn't really a strong majority in favour of a ban here so it will stay as it is. This may be reviewed later if further issues arise.
