The '0 picks > no picks' rule only applies to the walkover cases, when a player/team doesn't send at all and their opponent doesn't score. The team with the best score on SR1 should win if it goes to shootout.

It doesn´t matter anymore now, because Tipsarevic just won the 1st set, so rogeda/Filipe XIV won´t have another SR correct.
