Re: Marcel in 2012 - Roland Garros :cheerleader:
Hi!
Yes, I did. Actually I laughed during I watched it. He is a calm guy but sometimes he loses the controll, once per a year.
He is going to play at Halle, then Eastbourne. He should withdraw from one of them I think.

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Roland Garros :cheerleader:
Any way, this is Halle draw.
http://www.atpworldtour.com/posting/2012/500/mds.pdf
1R is qualifer. Hopefully he can win because its field isn't any TOP100.
2R is Haas or Tomic. Both of them are hard on grass.
GL Marcel

Eastbourne draw.. Second round against Llodra (or Istomin). How bad this draw oh my God.
Still, good luck Marcel!

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Wimbledon :cheerleader:
It was a very sad loss. Served for the first two matches and the 5th set was so close.
Marcel
Umag next. Marcel has almost two weeks to take some rest.
Oh.. he is on doubles draw.

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Umag :cheerleader:
OP is edited with his schedule until US Open.
He goes to Umag next week, then he try to defend his title in Gstaad.
Rest part of summer is given, Olympics, then two hard court Masters in Toronto and Cincinnati.
He commited Winston-Salem, it's before the US Open. Source here The official list isn't out yet, though.
Oh and time for Umag's draw: Saturday at 8 pm (local time)

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Umag :cheerleader:
Here is the draw:
F. Verdasco vs bye
E. Gulbis vs Qualifier
D. De la Nava vs Kuznetsov
M. Pavic vs J. C. Ferrero
M. Granollers vs bye
P. Starace vs Qualifier
J. Sousa vs M. Bachinger
A. Bedene vs M. Klizan
C. Berlocq vs I. Dodig
P. Lorenzi vs Qualifier
K. Beck vs F. Fognini
A. Dolgopolov vs bye
E. Roger-Vasselin vs W. Odesnik
B. Kavcic vs A. Veic
D. Brands vs Qualifier
M. Cilic vs bye
His draw isn't bad. Starace has been in bad form, also he was injured, maybe a qualifier will do better and plays against our Marcel, never knows..
Then the quarterfinal shouldn't be so bad so I think the semifinal isn't that hard.

Very good win against Starace yesterday, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3. He came back from 0-2 at 3rd set.

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Umag :cheerleader:
Against Bachinger next, it will be a tough match, but Marcel should win. He has too much clay-court guile and variety for Bachinger, much as I like the German.
Good luck!

Someone is around
It's a needed win, he should win against Bachinger. Of course I'm never calm enough though.
It's the OOP for tomorrow, Marcel plays on Grandstand but the doubles is on Center. Doubles match (w/Marc Lopez) against Croatian guys, Dodig and Pavic.
http://www.atpworldtour.com/posting/2012/439/op.pdf
Good luck!!

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Umag :cheerleader:
Well, the way I see it, Bachinger needs to play a really good match to have chances to win, but if Marcel plays at a decent level (or even better) he should get the job done, no problems, in straight sets.

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Umag :cheerleader:
I saw Marcel's match but didn't Bachinger (at this tournament but I'm not sure if I saw him on clay) so I don't really know what to expect.
I remember hard court matches only.

Re: Marcel in 2012 - Umag :cheerleader:
Yay he won in three!!
He started the match with 0-4. It was warm.
Then everything seemed good until he failed to serve for the match first at 5-4.
Then luckily everything was perfect and took the 3rd set 7-5.
He plays against Verdasco tomorrow, semifinal!!
