Perhaps if slasher doesn't mind, a link to Judio's thread could be posted in the OP so anyone wanting to refer back to that can easily be directed there?

Could someone explain Isner's points to me? He had 2,655-45+10=2620

Also same for Lopez 1,725-360+10=1375

I think they both have DC points in common. Is that why?

Isner also drops 250 points on July 9th. That tournament is replaced by another 150.

So, your 2620 - 100 = 2520.

Lopez drops his last 65 Davis Cup points along with the 360 from last year (again, on July 9th). The 65 is replaced by a 45.

So, your 1375 - 20 = 1355.

Thanks for that. I run a small table of the top 40 or so for my own amusement (all calculated one by one, lol, I'm not clever enough to automate anything) and though I had Isner correct, I couldn't fathom Lopez and one or two other differences. I see now it is because I don't know when DC points drop! I wish the ATP would show the DC drop dates and not just lump all the points together.

Thanks for all the thanks and kind words. Until we see the official rankings though, there is no confirmation that I'm actually getting this right. Do continue to ask if you see any strange stuff going on in the table, because there may still be mistakes around.
