Not really. Despite being marked as overachiever, Troicki was 2 points away from top 10 spot and he already beat Novak.

Troicki had top 10 potential but never quite got there, so a win over Djokovic would be a big surprise but not a shock.
Rosol is challenger level, good at that level, but never ever could have been expected to beat Nadal.

No. Troicki is a very good ATP player, Rosol is a journeyman in the fringes of the top 100.

I don't think so.
I was reading the list of upsets on the Tennis Channel and Rosol's defeat of Nadal wasn't even mentioned. None of the others could be called true upsets in my estimation because the players weren't very far apart from one another in the rankings and were at a similar level.
