Its called "one ball served rule"

Once the first point of the match is played, theres action no matter if theres retirement, if a player kicks an object and injures a chair ump, or if lightning strikes and kills a player.

I also picked Nalbandian to win with the fullest of confidence but still I understand in this dark indulgence that a loss is a loss.
