Bucharest R2: Simon def. Sela 6-4 6-2
A lot of huge forehands throughout the entire match from Gilles. He played fast and he played offensively, served well. Outside of a shaky start to the match, this was no contest for Simon, and he basically did what he wanted to do, and didn't have to push himself much.
Dudi hit some great backhands as always, but didn't have enough to keep Simon off of him. Good competing in the final game from Dudi.

Simon will likely win the tournament if he plays at this level. He was way better than anyone else I've seen at this event thus far.

Gilles served well and hit his forehand well. He sometimes blows it against lower ranked opponents but if he plays like that he should win the title. His net play still needs work though.

Good match by Simon, Sela did all he could but it just wasn't enough.
I would love to see Gilles win this, and if I take a quick look at the quarter finals, I'm pretty sure he will, I don't see anyone being able to beat him.

 People are so clueless on this board. About 300 of his 2,300 points come from 250 events. If you only count his points from 500 events and above he'd still be 14th so I don't know what you're talking about.
