I would eliminate double standard in moderation, promote intelligent discussion by fighting Castletardism back into the Castle, ask idiots to shut up, ask whiners to shut up and stay out of threads if they can't handle the content, stop deleting quality posts and threads, ban those who act as if they own the place, create an Attention whore thread where CD and Flyboy can post all they want, limit the amount of threads CD, Flyboy and 2003 can start(they would need approval before starting a new thread) and other insightful initiatives.
I think it's stemming from a lot of frustration, and basing actions on that isn't always the best idea. People need to be moderated as equally as possible and personal opinion about a poster should be put aside. To be fair, that's easier said than done, though.

Nonsense, I would be a beacon of light.
Since I only listen to my MP3 player and never the radio, I always hear good songs. The last great one being Good Times by Brazilian Girls.
Driving with youngest so he can get hours. Might do it when it snows for a little experience if my heart and bladder can stand it BTW- I have been listening to Bird too
