What's the deal with top30 players in challengers this year? Do I accept them or not? Question goes for both singles and doubles..

Challengers 

Top 30 players in the singles entry rankings can't play them, except during the Davis Cup and Grand Slam second weeks and when there are no ATP tournaments played.
They are allowed to play challengers in these weeks as late entries (LE), but they are not able to be seeded (qualifying or main draw).

Well, this isn't the DC week nor GS second week so I take it they can't play.
What about those who are ranked in the top 30 in the doubles rankings?

Any of these is fine with me - although I would like to do a first solo ATP just so I can say that I've done one and it's too long to wait for my local event at Eastbourne

Maybe it's not written good in the rules, I also didn't understand, but now check the threads from last year, where there were players who played in this challengers from TOP 30. So they can play

I've made an error - I have declared the wrong winner in a doubles QF match in Cherbourg
It was pointed out to me this morning that this had happened - play started at 12 today.
Only one of the two people that were originally declared losers sent picks (understandably).
So should I re:schedule two of tomorrows semi final matches for the semi final of the doubles and just have the one final match for the doubles final only?
(I have taken off the doubles diffs that I was going to post just to be on the safe side)

It's not been my best week this week.
