North Korea claims Kim Jong Eun mastered driving at age 3

Seems like a completely useless achievement for a North Korean, given that there are two classes of people: the 99.999999% that don't have a car and the 0.000001% that are chauffeur-driven.

Can't wait until he goes his first golf round! Just look at what his father did:
