2006 AO for me. Losing that match to baghdatis was horrible. IIRC there was a rain delay in that match that should have given him enough rest to see it out. Then a final vs federer who he could have beaten for sure.

The US open seems to be a popular choice but he had no chance there. The USTA was stacking the deck vis a vis scheduling to help roddick at every turn.
