I'm not sure if I'm allowed to promote our Fantasy Tennis Year game to get more players.
I'm under the impression that this "Games" forum was meant for this. If not, please remove my post and it won't happen again.
If we are allowed you can expect many more Fantasy Tennis Games from us, because we organize besides our Year Game for only the men's tournament, also games for all Grand Slams (in combination with the women) and we will organize separate games for a few of the masters series for smaller amounts per team (5 euro, 2,50 euro or even 1 euro).
Our Fantasy Tennis Year Game:
The Fantasy Tennis Year Game 2012 will start at Sunday the 8th of January at 23.00 hours CET (22.00 hours GMT) with the Heineken Open in Auckland.
The game includes 28 tournaments from the ATP World Tour including the Olympics in London. You have a 225 million budget to buy 25 tennis players of which you think are going to win the most points in the the Fantasy Tennis Year Game. Your players in your team can earn points by reaching the last 32/64. Be aware: A player can only score points once per tournament. Suppose Rafael Nadal looses the semi finals of Wimbledon, he will earn 24 points for your team. Besides picking 25 tennis players you also need to predict the 4 winners of the Grand Slams.
The game costs 7 euro
per team and will start with 400 euro as a minimum amount of prizes. The first prize in the general classification (10 prizes) will be 100 euro. The best sub leagues can win 30 euro (20 and 10). We always pay out 60%, so with more teams, more prizes.
We get our data for the entry lists from the men's tennis forum.
