Can a player pick as a back-up pick the rival of the player he has picked?
I explain myself: Someone has picked Ferrer and Isner (who plays Ferrer) as BU. Is this valid?

It's invalid because the only reason Isner will be used as a back up is if the match involved Ferrer has a walkover. If Isner is involved in the match with Ferrer, Isner pick will be treated invalid as well.
