Re: 2012 final top 10, how do you see it?
Monfils missed 4 (!) ATP 1000 events this year, if he - for once- could have a complete season, he is a serious candidate for the Top Ten. And of course, I can see my boy there too, together with Dolgopolov, they will replace Fish, Almagro and Tispsarevic.

Don't worry about him, he's just a wind up merchant... Murray may well end up finishing 2nd if Nadal does'nt equal his results of this year and Murray wins a slam.

He's a long term anti-Murray troll. Just ignore him.

One thing is sure Fixarevic, Almugro, Fish won't stay when much of their fluke points drop.. Also depends if Soda can compete at 100%. Delpo will for sure go back to 5th or 6th place.

Ok, I guess Tips and Almagro will fade, maybe Fish too. To name 3 replacements...go with Delpo, Dolgo and Isner. I see the top four staying the same though. Would like to hear other people's opinions of the new top 10 for next year.
Also wonder if a top 10 remained exactly the same for any two years in a row, with the exact same top 10 players but not necessarily the same sequential order.

this is not final top10 positions
what if delpo wins or almagro in DC

Re: 2012 final top 10, how do you see it?
A few observations about people's lists (thanks BTW):
It's almost unanimous that Fish is projected to face next year.
No one includes Roddick to return to top 10.
How about Tomic making a big move to top 10?
Nishikori was a surprise to see mentioned but a pretty astute pick.
Everyone expects Delpo and Soderling to bounce back strong.
How about Troicki? Imagine Serbia having three in the top 10.

Djokovic
Murray
Nadal
Federer
Tsonga
Soderling
Ferrer
Almagro
Tipsarevic
Berdych
Monfils/Gonzalez/Hewitt if he plays full season, Troicki if choking ends, Isner/Gasquet if very lucky,

Would like to see Hewitt back in the mix but he might be a long shot to make top 50 next year.

Roddick is done with top 10 most likely, Tomic, Nishikori, no way, unless they really pull something out of the hat, Troicki, has some chance, but would have to sort out atrocious court/mental attitude.

No way dude. No such thing as a weak era, those guys all earned every point they got to achieve ATP top 30 ranking. It's folly to discredit them.
