Raonic has withdrawn because of his injury. He might be out for up to 6 months

Dancevic is off with a sore back sadly (and probably if he wasn't, he would have preferred to play Newport). The other Lapentti (Giovanni) has been announced as injured, but he is in the draw for the Pozablanco challenger - perhaps it is one of those injuries that prevent you from playing 5 sets, but not 3 sets.

Agreed. Will it be on tv in Canada? Maybe Sportsnet?

There is Davis Cup on the Sportsnet One schedule, but it says it's the USA-Spain tie. I'll be pretty pissed off if they end up showing that instead of this tie.

Canada may not have the top two players, but they still have the top three ranked guys in the tie. A loss here, even from a weakened side, would be a really poor showing, we won't get a softer draw for WG PO anytime soon.

USA-Spain is on the Sportsnet TV Schedule on their website.
TennisCanada replied to an email and they said Ecuador couldnt provide a broadcast feed so therefore Sportsnet wont show CAN-ECU.
