This is my first tournament in FITD can someone help me out? It says in the rules that we are allowed to replace our draw once per tournament for whatever reason. Does that mean that I can change my Final pick from Djokovic over Nadal to Nadal over Federer if I have not yet replaced my draw? Or do I have this all wrong?

You cannot change your picks once the first match has started. Until then you are allowed to change your draw once.
