it's too dangerous to play Nice, he is playing good and could reach semis easily, that would not let him much time to prepare RG.

the atp should organize a crack party for top 10 players at the end of the year thats the only way gascoke can break into top 10.

I'm useless with the points system but I know he loses 150 points for the challenger then 250 for Nice but gains 360 this week. So basically he's not losing any points. Hes what about 800 points off the top 10 with nothing to defend in Roland, Queens and Wim.
It's not a certainty but it's a definite possibility.

110 for the challenger not 150
205 for Nice not 250 ( because Barcelona replaces Nice)
He has definitely a shot for the top 10. If he couldn't reach it this season, I think he will never reach it again.

With Nadal and Djokovic on each edge of the draw of every MS? the answer is no.
It is no for Gasquet, Tsonga, Simon and Monfils as well.
And no for any player out of top 5. |
