Gasquet never was and isnt top 10 material. He will do very well if he can be in the 12-18 range in the end of year rankings.

last year, Richie needed a third-set tie-break to beat Verdasco in Nice final and had treatment to his leg during that match. he then arrived at Roland Garros on Sunday and practised only for 25 minutes to play Andy Murray on Monday. a bit exhausting, n'est–ce pas? |

He's been as high as #7 before, in far more competitive years, and has come from nowhere back to the top 20 and approaching top 10. So how is he not top 10 material?  He should be back there soon. |

Better then replying, if you ignore the drivle from these little children, they usually go away when they stop getting attention.
As for Gasquet and Top 10. I'd say he isn't Top 10 material now but I'd say the same about 3 or 4 who are currently in the TOp 10 now so who knows. If he can string together some wins at RG and a good grass season, damn if he can even play a grass season, he has a pretty good chance.
Top 10 or Top 50, nothing better than watching Gasquet play when he is in the zone, too bad that doesn't happen often enough. But things can change, hope they do. |
