Doubt it. The bottom half of the top 10 isn't really impressive at all either. Melzer, Monfils, and Almagro.
Even if he somehow does crack the top 10 by winning a few of MM tournaments and does well in the grandslam's, he'd still be very far away from being a serious contender for literally any big tournament.

I think you need to re-evaluate what top 10 material means. Melzer, Fish, Almagro, Monfils, etc
Gasquet can do it, it doesn't take too much, just one solid run at a big tournament seems to be enough these days |

Considering he has nothing to defend in the upcoming 2 slams it's a possibility. But it's still a 700 points gap so he'd have to reach atleast 1 QF and in the same time people ahead of him should perform badly.
I'll say no till then, later possibly.
