Re: Canadian Players 2
Nice come back by Duclos (or possibly horrible choke by Young). He was down a set and 2 breaks and Young had at least 1 MP on his serve. Duclos has now won the 2nd set 7-5.

Re: Canadian Players 2
Sweet, this could be the start of Pierre's comeback of sorts. A few weeks ago this match would have been over already.

Re: Canadian Players 2
So Duclos won in three sets so he qualified for main draw and will face WC Andrea Collarini.

Winnable match for him too. This could be a good week.

Re: Canadian Players 2
Duclos with a good 62 67 64 win over Collarini today in Sarasota.
He's winning quite a few close matches of late. Along with Phil's win, so far so good a day for Canadian tennis

Re: Canadian Players 2
Absolutely a good day for Canadians! I am impressed with Duclos beating both Kudla and Collarini. Duclos has been in a slump and those two are presumably playing with the carefree confidence of some early successes and their reputation as hot prospects.

Re: Canadian Players 2
So the qualy list for the French Open is out, as expected Polansky and Dancevic have made the cut (225 right now) and Bester is 20 spots out. It should be close once the players who don't plan to play and the WCs are taken into account. Pospisil (who probably had no chance anyways) didn't even put his name on the list.

Thanks.
I hope Phil gets in - he probably has the best chance of the three to make it
