Gerard Granollers
In his eighth ITF final Gerard Granollers has finally won his first title. Yesterday he defeated Kamil Capkovic 6-3 6-3 in the Portugal F2 Futures tournament in Loulé. I think that makes him worthy of having his own thread.
Two main things to note about this picture:
1) For someone who's just won his first title he looks awfully morose
2) He appears to be wearing his big brother's kit. Aww.

Re: Gerard Granollers
Congrats for first title!!!
I think it's normal that they are wearing same kit.

Re: Gerard Granollers
I'm wondering if he's in shock and that's why he looks so underwhelmed.
I think it's lovely--he's been wearing Lotto until recently (with a brief foray into Diadora), but I like to think that Marcel used him as a bargaining chip when signing for Joma. 'If I'm wearing that crap, you have to too.'

Re: Gerard Granollers
Another week, another title. Just beat Adam Chadaj 7-6(3) 4-6 7-5 in the Portugal F3 final. Someone's on a bit of a roll.

Re: Gerard Granollers
It seems every time you think Joma shirts can't get any more ghastly, they manage to prove you wrong. Poor Gerard. (Although through to Q2 in Casablanca, so yay for that \o/)

Re: Gerard Granollers
Two more from Casablanca qualies--these are before yesterday's rain delay, I'm waiting for the site to get today's up.
...that shirt's definitely a more pleasant colour.

Re: Gerard Granollers
I watched him against Nikola Milojevic, he's not bad at all. It's a shame that he lost to Peya He deserves to be in MD much more than him

Re: Gerard Granollers
Oooh, no, I hadn't seen those--thank you so much!
He and Marcel did a clinic at a local club before the Barcelona Open--they'll have a court there named after them, n'aww.
