The Serbian Tennis Federation has selected the familiar surroundings of the Belgrade Arena for September’s Davis Cup by BNP Paribas World Group semifinal between Serbia and Czech Republic.
Nalbandian should bring home two easy points in the singles rubbers, he should skip the doubles probably, mayer/zeballos are comical players but they work OK together; 2nd player should be tricky if Monaco isnt ready; Del Bonis shoudl be taken to France for experience, he is the future of argie tennis

I think it will be Nalbandian, Monaco (if possible), Zebolla (sure after good performance at the doubles), and 4th is Mayer or Schwank, will depend of their respective form in next tournaments
the other chance is if Del Potro can recover from the injury, play this and win some point, he will be an hero if he does that
but not sure if he have enough time to do it, adapting to play competitive tennis again, etc
You don't have to post every French and Argentine player you know
Players like Mahut, Ascione, Ouanna, Roger-Vasselin, De Chaunac, Patience, Devilder, Dupuis, Grosjean (current form), Saulnier, and Haehnel will never be chosen to play Davis Cup for France ahead of Monfils, Gasquet, Tsonga, Llodra, etc.
Same thing for some of the Argentine players you mentioned

Some of this Argie substitutes don't even play anymore, that's at least 4 of them.
Monaco will be back in 2 weeks so he should stand a chance of making the team.

I don't agree with you, every players have their rights to play Davis Cup (for men) or FED Cup (for women) for their country. They can replace the starters to play if they can't play for injury or sickness, suspension, other emergency incident.
^Yes, but even then, the replacements would never be guys who are the 10th, 15th, 20th best players in their countries unless they are great doubles players or were injured, etc.
