If he has any kind of future ambition to run for a public/Serbian-govt-official position later on, then I agree that at least one Davis Cup victory would probably look better on his resumé than another masters or even a year end championship.

he played dozens of masters, on the other hand this is maybe a once in a lifetime chance to win DC.
WTF is an exho tournament, i think he's aiming for the semi this year. Also the #3 or #4 ranking doesn't change much going into Australia.

new players are always surprised when facing oldschool S/V. if Federer had faced Llodra, he would have ridiculed him in straights, because he knows exactly how to play them. Yesterday, Murray won his game easily when he decided to go to the net. S/V is not done!!
