He lost today, but it was a great achievement overall! He won a tournament and reached the quarterfinals of a big event like the Masters in Toronto. Good luck in Cincy next week, Nalby!

Murray served well and returned well, didn't give him a lot of chance. David made a lot of UEs both on forehands and backhands, which is not allowed to play against a top-level player like Murray.

A lot of people want him to keep winning, beat the big 4, win the title. His former consecutive victories increase this kind of expectation, but after all, he just came back from the injury after long absence, one Washington title and QF for Toronto is already a pretty decent result. As long as he is healthy, we will surely see more fantastic performance from him in the coming future. Have a break then, and back on Cincy next week.

I'm already looking toward Cincy now that Nole is out of the Rogers Cup. Ljubicic in the first round is a tough one and the draw looks rough again. No problem for Nalby.

But I'm glad he isn't scheduled to play on Sunday (Baggy is facing Cilic tomorrow).

I am really hating the luck of draws lately. I had to watch Nalby vs. Soda in the R16 in Toronto. Now Nalby vs. Nole looms in R16 in Cincy and then Nalby vs. Soda in the QFs!

Nalby will always be #1 to me, so I hope he beats Nole if he gets the chance. Nole has proven to be a nightmare match-up in the past though. Maybe King David is ripe to make the H2H more even this week?
