your commentator seems to have no clue about tennis at all then, when he even doesn't recognize federer

In Australia, unless you have pay-TV, you only get the Australian tournaments, Wimbledon, Australian DC matches, US Open SFs & Final and that's it (no Roland Garros).

Re: Where does the mosquito nickname come from?
his friends called him that I think. Just like Juanca, build on from Juan CArlos, combine the words.
In case anyone wants to know, Chavalito means 'little boy' in Spanish, and thats related to his small stature (even though he's 6 foot tall, I reckon mabye a tiny bit taller than that even)

wow, that sucks
here in germany you get the Grand Slams at least 3 hours a day, the davis cup and a few other tournament (stuttgart, queens, but that's it)
the show more women's tennis
pay-tv (permiere) doesn't show much tennis either

Re: Where does the mosquito nickname come from?
Juan Carlos Ferrero is tall and slim, not thin and sickly like some people may think. He looks quite nice! Newcombe sounds like a real jerk!

Re: Where does the mosquito nickname come from?
I wish commentators would just zip their lips. Ditto rowdy fans who make too much noise, especially when someone is trying to serve. That's really distracting!
