Since when was this rule in place?  On WTAW they now do username change every 3 month, not whenever they want. MOTION TO STRIKE!

Any chance we can review this rule? I know it's been in place for a while, but WTAW changed it's rules since then and since this rule looked like it had something to do with that, I think it's fair it's reviewed.
I thought I joined this forum as Dmitry Verdasco  I don't even remember my first username... was it Golovinjured?
