Victor defeated Stakhovsky 6-4 6-2 7-5 on Sunday and Romania won the tie 3-1 and will play in the world group playoffs in September for a place in the world group! Victor had a hand in all 3 victories for Romania. Ukraine is an up and coming team so this is a good win at home for the Romanian team. Congrats for all of the team!
