In qualies of Sydney won to Kyu Tae Im 6/1 7/6(8) and to Philipp Oswald 6/7(2) 7/5 6/2 and lost against Matosevic, but will be in the MD replacing Gael Monfils who has retired by injury.
Will play in second round against the italian Potito Starace.
