they are Romania's best prospects, born both in 1993, Ciprian in January, Vasile in December. Darius Bragusi would be another guy from the same age group; he lives and traines himself in France since the last 4 years or something.
as for the pictures they are very nice, but the description is wrong. in order to recognise them, i can tell you that Ciprian is the taller one
